Regina Kelly was arrested by police for drugs. She was innocent but fingered by a man desperate to make a deal with the police for his own reason. The police in Hearn, Texas came down hard on the black community arresting almost three dozen people. And a lot of the information they used was false. yet many people's lives were severly harmed by their action. This is a 10 minute interview with Radley Balko of Reason magazine.
